What do I need to do to get my property ready to rent?

We provide a Rent Ready Checklist for our owners.

Do you conduct inspections?

Yes! We are proud of our inspection schedule. Tenants receive two formal inspections during their first year of tenancy. They then receive an annual inspection thereafter. 

How do I get paid my rent proceeds?

Rent proceeds are paid once per month via eCheck. 

What kind of reports do I receive regarding my property?

On top of monthly Income Statements you have access to your Owner Portal which provides many other financial reports and real time information. 

Should I provide landscaping to my tenant?

We recommend providing landscaping to your property. This helps to retain maximum asset value, as well as helps to achieve maximum rent.
