How do I pay my rent?
You can make your rent payment and set up autopay via your resident portal. That can be accessed HERE. If you do not have access to your resident portal please email us at office@propagatepm.com
Do you conduct inspections?
Yes! We are proud of our inspection schedule. Tenants receive two formal inspections during their first year of tenancy. They then receive an annual inspection thereafter. During your inspection we are looking to ensure that your home is in good, safe condition.
How do I turn in a maintenance request?
Maintenance requests are turned in via your resident portal. That can be accessed HERE. It is important that when you turn in the request you provide as much detail as possible, photos and utilize the calendar feature to select days/times that work for you.
Do you have an emergency maintenance line?
Yes- to report an emergency maintenance issue please call our office line (971-265-9818) and listen to the options. You MUST leave a message with details.
What if I want to add a pet to my lease?
The first thing you should do is check with us to see if your home is pet friendly per the lease agreement. Then, contact us at office@propagatepm.com to request that we begin the process of adding a pet to your lease.
