How do I submit a maintenance request?

Non-emergency maintenance requests are submitted through our owner portal. Emergency maintenance needs are to be called into our emergency line.

How do I pay rent?

Rent payments are most commonly paid online via the resident portal. Payments are also accepted in the form of check, cashiers check or money order.

Why do you perform property inspections?

We know inspections can be an inconvenience and it may not be super comfortable to have someone walk around your home. While we understand this and try to be as sensitive as possible, inspections are crucial to our job as a manager. Inspections are intended to ensure that we are keeping on top of any necessary maintenance or repairs. Additionally inspections and interior photos help protect tenants by documenting the condition of the home during tenancy. 

How do I apply for a property?

Applications are submitted online. This application includes a $10 non-refundable fee (charged by our software company) and a $20 credit/background check fee. The credit/background check fee is refunded to you if a credit/background check is not conducted.
